Batik Fun Walk

... December 04 , 2011 ( Sunday ) , our lecturer Dr. Tan Wee Hoe has led us to take part in Batik Fun Walk . so, early in the morning, at 6.30 a.m , we leave from Tanjong Malim . Actually, we are late to take part in Batik Fun Walk competition . So Dr. Tan give us some question and my answer is,... (1) It's so sad . So dissapointed to me and maybe to all of us.(2) But to change my feeling, I think about the next programme in this event such as Painting . So, with that , my feeling will become happy again  and I will be more motivated . I want to enjoy this event and evaluate how they wear the Batik .So, I can also appreciate all Batik that I see today . And also , Azroy Raja Lawak make me laughing too with his action and  the way he talking , his jokes , it is so funny  so I can smile and forget about my disappointed feeling just now. 
(4) Artwork that I like most – Bermuka-muka , mail 09’ , RM4500

I really like this artwork. When first I look this artwork , I fell interested .because this artwork looks like so mysterious . It also describe like community which there’s a lot of human paint in this artwork. Their face have a different expression such as happy, angry and sad . It brings a lot of feeling and questionnaire in my mind . I really like to know more about this painting . I really really like this artwork. The colour is also look like he want to represent the strength in this artwork. With a dim colour combine with red and warm color . The shape of the human paint in this artwork look so clearly and we can identify whether it is a human or a background. So, from the point of aesthetics, it’s produce harmonious and the beauty of it’s shape and form.

(5) If I a judge , first criteria that I want to look is the creativity . Maybe I can judge from the point which  the painting or its colour  look so different from the others. Second, the combination of the color which it also called as color balance. I want to look how clever they are to combine the color to attract people attention to look that painting . Third is how harmonies the color that they use and how they put the color  on their painting ( where ) . And after that , I look how tidy the painting that they had coloured . So, after that , I can choose , who is the winner .

That is my term paper title. I choose this title because nowadays, in this modernization era , most of traditional danced getting swallowed up by time. Some people don't recognize about their traditional dance , the history of their traditional dance and the meaning behind the choreography . For those who don't recognize Sumazau dance yet , this is the video of Sumazau dance . it is easy to learn , more enjoy and very unique . I had practiced this dance since 5 years old . This dance actually originated from Sabah . Now , all country in this world easy to recognize thia dance through internet such as you tube , from friends through facebook, and so on. because this is like more hip hop, ballet and so on. And i don't know what is the name of this dance.

ex-husband once called.

their bodies floundering like

toys flung from a window.

white foam from their mouths

stark against the asphalt

framing their artless convulsions

and we laughed

with open-mouths until

tears dripped from our

PAKU-PAKIS Make my memory at my village appeared in my mind...

paku-pakis

this is our poster title. Last time, we going to National Art Gallery . There, we must choose one art that we like so much, and we need to explain about it.

We choose the Art " Paku-Pakis" .
this art is so beautiful for me and it is full of mystery .
First time we look at this art, we don't know what art is that .
And we really don't understand about this art, but after we look at the title , written as " Paku-pakis" , so after that we understand . That is Paku-pakis. It is combination of red, orange and black colour. So, it is so hard to recognize it.
 Our feeling, when we know that is the Paku-pakis, our memories at hometown appeared in our mind. We know that, Paku -pakis always seen, especially in rural areas.
It make us feel so memorize at village. I miss my village so much.

In China, Paku-pakis had been protected by government. That is because it become more less . The people who pick it up or eat the Paku-pakis will take the punishment.

That's why, in Malaysia, we should appreciate the nature that we have now.

B.E.A.U.T.Y

" Beauty is a combination of qualities such as shape , color or form . Beauty will define from the harmony of form, happy and living . I feel beauty is one sees harmony and senses beauty because of thinking the harmony of the God. " That is my friends say about beauty . I just want to add some ideas about beauty. Beauty is the best aspect or advantage of something , for example , a beautiful women. Beautiful women can attract someone to love her ... I feel beauty is something that can make us... feel lovely , happy , calm , ...

my first art.....in UPSI

art is a creative, interesting, and has its own value. that's my opinion about the definition of art .Art is anything all around us . What things we see every day, almost everything can be considered as art. Art does not necessarily have to be exhibited in art galleries. Graffiti on the walls can also be described as art. Attractive patterned clothing can also said as  art. For example Batik and the pattern of  Baju Kurung and so on.For me, art is created a sense of awe in me. When I see the creative things, I wondered, where did those ideas come, so that such things exist? I also wondered, why people are willing to buy a painting with the very high price? They became my question every time I see or think about the things of art. And this is my first drawing..it's not beautiful but it's okay...i know i can do better than this ......Thank you for my first drawing...

What is art for me?

Art. According to what is described  , and i understand , the art is a thing or created by human activity. For example sculptures,  dances, music, kris and others. What do i know, art is a thing which is no longer used and displayed as decorative items , items in the museum and so on. For example, Kris. Kris kept and no longer in useis considered an art. Songket taht not use also be called an art. With a pattern make , color , unique design, is seen by some people. But if it is worn, it is no longer considered to be art, but is considered as a dress. Art draws much beauty around us. But how do we evaluate and appreciate it, it all depends on ourselves. For me, art is very beautiful and has to be developed further. This will not only attract tourists, but also can produce self-satisfaction and happiness in audiences and creators themselves. So appreciate the art that we have, the talents of the present art.

that one of the emotions that every being has. i always want to know why people are upset. and now that i know , they sad because a lot of things. employment, education, love, dissappoinment, loss and so on. when someone is sad, their face will became pale , frail, no smile. through grief, created a lot of things art, film, painting and so for them to channel all the emotions that are experienced. the proof, we can see many paintings that display face or sad story about painter.

aesthetics is related to beauty and art  . aesthetics can make someone became more emotive and sensory. with aesthetics, people will posses sensory that also called as judgement. people like to judge something they see. each person see something in a different ways and differens views.  sometimes , when someone put the things as a beautiful things, the others will put this items as a medium of goods or not beautiful. because of that , aesthetics will arise people feelings as people use different ways to view, evaluate and judge. but the judge sometimes better to create self-satisfaction at the observer.

beauty comes from god, we also can produce beauty. on the land, sea, air, all stored and host a millions of beauty. we just do not know how to explore that beautiful environment or subject. spend sometimes and look around  us with eyes and heart open proceeding of. enjoy the beauty of the proceedings of of our own . plants , people, buliding, dancing, singing , animals and so on. how beautiful they are. beauty produce happiness in the hearts, harmony, peace, high attractiveness and so on. keep the beauty that we have now. appreciate beauty, stored beauty, discover the beauty to produce something greater.

BEAUTY?

"BEAUTY". my younger brother always joked with me and said to me, " sister, you are not beautiful ". i chased him and asked to him.. " what do you mean that i am not beautiful? ",,he said, " because you do not know, how to style, make up not available, facial acne and you are rough". so i think, maybe my brother say rightly. But, my ex-boyfriend always said that i am beauty girl. so, when thinking back and compare about what my brother and my ex-boyfriend said, i think that, people evaluate beauty by different ways. For me, all people love beauty. that is because, a women will always be a concern by man  if it has been considered as beautiful and otherwise. There are people who value the beauty in appearance, there are people who value the beauty in terms of speech, attitude, behaviour, and some are evaluating beauty through the talent of a person , academic or employment, but often people will evaluate the beauty in the eyes of the first,. hehe.... hope enjoy to read it.

I REALLY DON'T KNOW....

art..?? what is art?? aesthetics?? what is aesthetics?? ... my head full of question about all of this. I really don't know, what is art.. in my head and what i think, art is something that we created based on our imagination, our feeling, and also based on our environment. But, i don't know whether it is true or no because i really don't know..!!!!.. friends...please help me to understand this topic as possible because i really want to know more about art. please. Also aesthetics. How can i learn more about this. For me, aesthetics is beauty, loveliness.. and have a close connection with art. And honestly, i don't know much about this topic. I want to improve my knowledgement about this topic. so.. wait for my next posting.. hehe...
